And the problem continues... I ordered a fan/light kit and was rewarded with an immediate, large charge to my credit card. Follwoing my initial order, I exschanged several e-mails and one telephone call from the company that promised numerous delivery dates. But,NO product. I have filed an appeal with C/card Company and fault myself for not having checked them in Google before ordering.

This company is a complete sham. I returned a Baldin door handleset in July of 2011 and still haven't received my refund and have had no responses to the G-jillion emails I have sent.

DO NOT use them for anything!

I called the billing number (212) 260-9620 and some guy answers "hello"? I ask him about my refund and he says "Oh yeah, refunds are being processed this weekend".

I say "after 6 months?!" And he says send me an email, and hangs up on me. Fool me once....
